Our staff will always treat you with courtesy and respect. We ask that our doctors and other staff are treated with the same courtesy and respect.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate or aggressive behaviour towards doctors, staff, or other patients.
We reserve the right to decline medical care if you fail to comply with our practice policies.
Cancellation Policy
It is our policy to not charge cancellation fees. However, we do appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice if you can’t make it to your appointment, so that we have sufficient time to offer your spot to another patient that needs it.
Repeat no shows
Our doctors’ time is important. If you fail to attend your appointment on multiple occasions, then you may not be offered another appointment/advised to attend another clinic.
